This Policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased through 2-ua.com. 2-UA is an online service; no physical product is delivered.
A consumer is a natural person purchasing mainly for purposes outside a trade, business, craft, or profession. Business customers do not receive consumer-only withdrawal rights unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Subscription activation and payment
Current plan features, limits, billing period, total recurring price, and any applicable taxes or discounts are shown before checkout. The checkout information forms part of your subscription agreement.
Payments are processed online by PayPal. We activate access after PayPal confirms the subscription. The subscription normally begins immediately and remains available for the purchased billing period, subject to account and plan limits.
Free features allow you to evaluate parts of 2-UA before purchasing. Using a free feature does not remove any mandatory consumer right.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until canceled. PayPal charges the payment method associated with the subscription at the price and interval disclosed at checkout, subject to any price-change notice required by law.
You can cancel from your profile page, through the PayPal subscription controls, or by emailing support@2-ua.com. Send an email cancellation request sufficiently before the next billing date so we can identify and process it.
What happens after cancellation?
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund or withdrawal right applies, paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and then returns to the available free level.
Consumer right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer protected by the Law of Georgia on the Protection of Consumer Rights, you may withdraw from a distance subscription contract within 14 calendar days from the date the subscription was concluded, without giving a reason. We also honor any equivalent mandatory withdrawal right that applies in your country.
To exercise this right, email an unequivocal withdrawal statement to support@2-ua.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model notice below, but it is not required.
Model withdrawal notice
I hereby withdraw from my 2-UA subscription. Account email: [email]. PayPal transaction or subscription ID: [ID]. Subscription date: [date]. Name: [name]. Date of notice: [date].
If mandatory law allows a deduction for services supplied during the withdrawal period, a deduction will be made only where the legal conditions for that deduction have been met. Nothing in this Policy limits a non-waivable consumer right.
Refunds outside the withdrawal period
After an applicable withdrawal period has expired, subscription payments are generally non-refundable and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds merely because you stop using the service or cancel before the end of a paid period.
We will nevertheless provide a refund, price reduction, service correction, or other remedy when required by applicable law, including where:
- the same subscription was charged more than once because of a billing error;
- we charged an amount not authorized by the subscription agreement;
- the paid service was not supplied or materially failed to conform to the subscription agreement and we did not correct the issue within a reasonable time; or
- another mandatory consumer or payment right requires a refund.
An unexpected renewal is not automatically refundable. Contact us promptly after the charge: we will review account usage, the cancellation record, payment history, and any mandatory rights that apply. This does not affect your right to report an unauthorized payment directly to PayPal or your payment provider.
How to request a refund
Email support@2-ua.com with:
- the email address connected to your 2-UA account;
- the PayPal subscription or transaction ID;
- the charge date and amount; and
- a short description of the request.
Do not send a password, complete card number, PayPal password, or other payment credentials. We may request limited additional information needed to verify the account or payment.
Refund processing
We acknowledge requests as soon as reasonably possible and communicate the decision using the account email. Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method.
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, we issue the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving a valid withdrawal notice. PayPal or a bank may require additional time to display the refund after we submit it.
Refunds never exceed the amount actually paid for the affected subscription period. Currency-conversion differences or fees imposed independently by PayPal, a bank, or a card issuer are governed by that provider's terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Applicable law and policy changes
This Policy and the subscription relationship are governed by the laws of Georgia. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or access to courts or authorities available under the law that applies to that consumer.
We may update this Policy for future purchases or renewals. We will post the revised text, update the effective date, and provide any additional notice required for a material change. The version presented when a subscription was purchased continues to govern that purchase to the extent required by law.
Effective and last updated: 11 August 2026.
