By creating an account, authorizing an integration, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate account and contact information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at support@2-ua.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Some integrations can provide a limited workflow before a separate 2-UA account is created. Any session or authorization used for that workflow remains subject to these Terms.
The service and connected integrations
2-UA provides technical website monitoring, public-page audits, change detection, reports, notifications, and related tools. Results are informational and may depend on network conditions, third-party APIs, public website behavior, selected User-Agent profiles, and the configuration of the monitored site.
When you authorize Webflow or another supported platform, you instruct 2-UA to use the official provider APIs and the authorized site information needed to operate the integration. For the Webflow SEO Release Guard, the authorized Webflow site is the source of the site identity; users are not required to recreate that connection by manually entering the website.
Authorization does not transfer ownership of your site or content to 2-UA. You can disconnect an integration through the available product controls. Integration-specific data handling is described in our Privacy Policy and the applicable product documentation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the websites, accounts, domains, and data you submit or authorize. You must have permission to inspect each website and to connect each third-party account. You are also responsible for reviewing results before making changes to a production website.
You must keep your integration permissions current, maintain a publicly reachable site where a feature requires it, and comply with the rules of connected platforms. Do not submit credentials, payment details, confidential personal information, or other sensitive data in URLs, prompts, or support messages.
Acceptable use
You may not use 2-UA to:
- access, test, scan, or monitor a system without authorization;
- circumvent access controls, rate limits, usage limits, or security measures;
- introduce malware, abusive traffic, or content that is unlawful or infringes another person's rights;
- interfere with the service, connected providers, or other users;
- resell, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
- use results as a substitute for professional legal, security, financial, or other regulated advice.
We may apply reasonable technical limits and abuse-prevention controls to protect the service and third parties.
Free features, paid plans, and billing
Available features and limits depend on the product and plan shown in the interface or at checkout. Installing and authorizing the Webflow App is free. Its account-free core workflow currently includes up to five manual checks per day, one automatic publish check per day, up to five public URLs per run, and seven days of result history. Paid plans can increase usage limits, retention, and alert options.
Prices, billing intervals, taxes where applicable, renewal terms, and material plan limitations are disclosed before purchase. We may update future plan features and prices, but changes do not create a charge without the purchase or renewal process described at checkout.
Paid subscriptions, automatic renewal, cancellation, withdrawal rights, and refunds are governed by our Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Third-party services
2-UA may interoperate with services such as Webflow, PayPal, Google, Slack, Telegram, OpenRouter, and model providers. Your use of a third-party service remains governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. We do not control a provider's availability, API behavior, account decisions, or changes to its product.
You authorize us to send and receive the minimum data reasonably needed for a feature you choose. We may stop or modify an integration if a provider changes or withdraws the APIs, permissions, or terms required to operate it.
Intellectual property and feedback
2-UA and its software, interfaces, documentation, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose while your access remains active.
You retain rights in your websites, content, and data. You grant us only the limited rights required to process them at your direction and provide the service. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
Availability, results, and disclaimers
We aim to keep 2-UA reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Maintenance, provider outages, network failures, rate limits, website blocking, or configuration changes may delay or prevent a check. A missing sitemap or inaccessible public resource may be reported as unavailable while other checks continue.
Automated results can contain false positives, false negatives, incomplete data, or delayed observations. 2-UA does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, regulatory compliance, vulnerability detection, uninterrupted operation, or that every website change will be detected. You remain responsible for decisions based on a result and for maintaining backups and appropriate operational controls.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2-UA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, traffic, ranking, revenue, goodwill, or data, or harm caused by a third-party service or a website change you make.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service during any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid to 2-UA for the affected service during that period. This limitation does not apply where applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
Suspension, disconnection, and termination
You may stop using the service, disconnect an integration, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion through the available controls or by contacting support. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate actions.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users or third parties, comply with law or provider requirements, address non-payment, or investigate a material breach. We may terminate access for a serious or repeated breach after any notice required by law. Data retention and deletion after termination follow our Privacy Policy and mandatory record-keeping obligations.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. This choice does not deprive a consumer of non-waivable protections or access to courts and authorities available under the law that otherwise applies to that consumer.
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security, or provider changes. We will post the updated version and revise the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
Questions or notices may be sent to support@2-ua.com or through our contact page.
