Alert policy settings help you reduce noise without missing critical incidents.

  1. Open your projects, open a website, click the settings icon, and scroll to "Alert policy template".
  2. Choose a preset in the "Preset" field:
    • E-commerce for high sensitivity and more event types.
    • Blog / content site for content-focused projects.
    • SaaS / product site for product and uptime-focused monitoring.
    • Custom if you want manual control in future iterations.
  3. Enable "Quiet hours" if you do not want notifications during specific local hours.
  4. Set "Quiet from", "Quiet to", and "Timezone", then click "Save settings".
  5. Make sure at least one delivery channel is connected (Telegram and/or Slack), otherwise alerts cannot be delivered.
