How to use the keyword rank tracker

Keyword rank tracker for example.com with target positions and drop alerts
Keyword tracker panel: per-keyword target, 7-day average position, latest reading and drop-step status.

The keyword rank tracker watches a list of keywords against custom target positions and sends a Telegram or Slack alert when one of them drops. It uses your existing Google Search Console connection, so there is no extra fetcher and no new billing.

  1. Open your projects, open your website, and click "Keyword tracker".
  2. Add a keyword. Pick a target position — the lower, the stricter (10 means the first page).
  3. Optionally adjust the averaging window (1–30 days, default 7). The threshold rule fires when the average over the window is worse than the target.
  4. On paid plans, optionally enable the drop-step alert — fires when today's reading is at least N positions worse than yesterday's (default 10 = a full page of search results).
  5. Optionally bind the keyword to a specific tracked URL on your site to monitor a particular landing page rather than the site as a whole.

Data refreshes once a day after the GSC import completes (~04:30 UTC). Search Console itself reports with a 2–3 day delay, which is normal and unavoidable. Any keyword that does not appear in the daily top-N rows is fetched separately, so the tracker keeps working even on large sites.

Alerts are aggregated per site — one consolidated message lists every keyword that crossed a threshold, regardless of how many. There is a 24-hour cooldown per keyword, and cooldown is consumed only when the message is actually delivered, so quiet hours do not silently swallow alerts.
